We'll follow my GROW framework:
G - Gather Insights
Let's dig into the data and create a strategy that works. Together, we'll make sure your launch is set up for maximum profitability and success.
- Kick-Off Session: We’ll hop on a 60-minute call to discuss your goals and personal preferences.
- Dig into the Data: I’ll compile data from your past launches, including your sales page conversion rate, email performance, and social media stats.
R - Roadmap Development
I’ll develop a customized launch roadmap based on your goals, personal preferences and past data.
- Action Plan: Once we have the roadmap, I’ll set up the tasks and deadlines in my project management system to make sure everything gets done on time.
O - Optimize & Launch
Once we have the plan, I’ll improve existing launch assets or handle the setup for new launch events, such as webinars or challenges. You only have to show up and teach.
- Expert Support: I’ll review your existing materials and make the necessary tweaks, or bring in other experts from my network, such as copywriters, to optimize it for better conversions. I'll make sure every part of the launch is optimized, from sales page copy and design to your launch emails.
W - Wrap-up and Review
- Post-Launch Review: After your launch, we’ll review what worked and identify opportunities for even greater success in future launches.
How it works
One
Fill out the inquiry form to share your goals and personal preferences.
You'll get a link to book an optional call if you want to chat more about your project.
Two
Once you're ready, you’ll agree to the terms and pay a $500 deposit to secure your project in my schedule.
You'll provide access to the tools you use so I can start compiling the data from your past launches and other marketing efforts.
Three
From there, I'll handle all the tech and design tasks, suggest other experts as needed, provide ongoing support, and make necessary adjustments to make sure everything runs smoothly.
