Evergreen Sales System

Working hard to stay consistent, but running on empty?

People love your course. They tell you they wish they’d found you sooner.

So the answer should be simple: get out there more, get more people to know you exist. And when you do, it works. Sales come in.

But it’s draining. You can’t keep it up. And the moment you stop posting or emailing, the sales stop too.

“Be more consistent” assumes you have unlimited energy. You don’t. Nobody does.

Sound familiar?

  • You’re constantly posting, emailing, putting yourself out there…
  • You have one short welcome sequence, and after that it’s all on you to send newsletters
  • You have no real idea where your sales actually come from
  • You’re getting burned out trying to “just show up more”

That’s why I created the Evergreen Sales System.

The Evergreen Sales System is a 3-month, done-for-you systems build for course creators who already have a course people love, but whose sales depend entirely on how much they’re posting and emailing that week. I build the complete marketing system around the course: the parts that bring new people in, get them to know you, and get them to buy, so it keeps selling whether you have the energy to promote it that week or not.

It’s time to make your existing content keep selling on its own.

Your content is already built. The expertise is already there. What’s missing is the system that keeps it working when you’re not, so a low energy week doesn’t cost you sales, a trip doesn’t pause your income, and marketing becomes something you add to by choice, instead of something you have to keep feeding every single week just to keep sales coming in.

Here’s exactly what gets built, step by step, over the 3 months.

Step 1: Tracking setup

First, I set up and configure Google Analytics and Google Search Console, so there’s a real baseline in place before anything else changes. From now on, you’ll know where your subscribers and sales come from, instead of guessing.

Step 2: Content and systems audit

I map everything that already exists: your content (whether that’s a blog, a YouTube channel, a podcast, or something else), email sequences, lead magnets, and offers. If anything in the system is broken or leaking, I fix it first. No point building on top of something that isn’t working.

Step 3: Core content library

I start with keyword research to find what your ideal students are already searching for. From there, I select up to 15 pieces of your existing content and optimize each one for search: titles, meta descriptions, headings, and focus keywords, with social proof woven in where it fits. The result is a core content library that keeps showing up in search and pulling in new readers, long after you hit publish. Before anything gets published, you read through the full library and give feedback.

Step 4: Evergreen email sequence

A 12+ week email sequence built from your core content library and set up as a full automation, so new subscribers get to know you and eventually buy, without you having to send a newsletter every single week. You’ll review the full sequence before it goes live.

Step 5: Repurposing calendar

An evergreen social content calendar built from your core content library, set up to keep repeating itself. Your socials stay active whether you’re at your desk or not, with room for timely posts or active promotions when you want them. Before the calendar starts running, you read through the full social content library and sign off.

Step 6: Tracking dashboard and monthly check-in

Finally, I build a simple dashboard showing where your subscribers and sales are coming from, with a guide for how to read it, so you always know what’s actually bringing in subscribers and sales, and what to adjust when something changes. I set up an automated monthly reminder so reviewing your results becomes part of your routine.

Built to keep working even on weeks when life gets in the way.

Whether you’re having a rough week or you’re finally offline on a vacation, everything just keeps running and sales keep coming in. None of it needs you to show up that particular week.

And when you do have extra energy, you can add a promotion, a newsletter, a push. But it’s something you get to do, not something you have to do just to keep sales coming in.

Your investment for the Evergreen Sales System is €3,000.

One payment of €3,000, or 3 monthly payments of €1,000.

Is this the right fit?

This is for you if…

  • You have a course, membership, or program that people love, and you’re ready for it to sell more consistently
  • You have existing content, whether that’s blog posts, YouTube videos, a podcast, or something else
  • You have social proof you can share, testimonials, reviews, or results from past students or clients
  • You’re tired of sales depending entirely on whether you showed up to promote that week
  • You want a system built for you, not a course on how to build one yourself

This is not for you if…

  • You’re still building your first course or haven’t launched yet
  • You don’t have existing content to work from
  • You don’t have any social proof yet

Who’s actually building this for you?

I’m Anouska, a tech and systems specialist for course creators.

Over the past 12+ years, I’ve worked behind the scenes of online course businesses, setting up different pieces of this system for so many people, from course platforms and email sequences to automations and tech stacks. But whether they actually get the evergreen sales they want depends on whether they have all the other pieces in place as well. So I created the Evergreen Sales System to set up the full system for you.

I started my own business for the same reason most course creators do: freedom. I’m based in the Netherlands, work with clients internationally, and at home I’m navigating life with a toddler and a chronic illness. Which means I understand, firsthand, that some weeks the energy is there and some weeks it really isn’t, and that a business that only works when you do isn’t good enough.

Anouska has been my tech and marketing Swiss Army knife for the last year. Her knowledge of my tech stack (and beyond) is very impressive, plus her ability to communicate during projects and catch small details is an absolute godsend. Truthfully, she has set the bar very high.

— Ashley Brown

Anouska has been prompt, efficient, and super supportive in our project, and that communication has been key to me getting other work done while she has set up automation in my business for me! Paying her saved me money! The biggest impact was knowing that she was on hand to get the job done and that I could relax and leave her to it!

Three months from now, here’s what’s different.

  • You know exactly where your subscribers and sales are coming from
  • Your content is pulling in new people every week, without you having to publish anything new
  • New subscribers automatically get an email sequence so they get to know you and eventually buy, even on weeks you don’t send a newsletter
  • Your socials stay active whether you’re at your desk or not
  • Your energy level stops being the thing your sales depend on
  • Reviewing your results is part of your routine, not something you keep meaning to get to

FAQs

Do I need to have already done the Social Proof System Setup?

No, but you do need usable social proof to bring into the project: testimonials, reviews, or results from past students or clients. If you don’t have any yet, I’d recommend starting with the Social Proof System Setup.

What if I don’t have much existing content?

This works best with a body of content that already has real depth to it, not a handful of short posts. Whether what you have is enough gets confirmed during the application. If you have a YouTube channel or podcast instead of a blog, those transcripts can work as source material too.

Can I just buy this right away?

I ask everyone to fill in a short application form first, so we can both make sure this is actually the right fit. It only takes a few minutes.

How much of my own time does this actually take?

Most of what’s needed from you happens upfront: completing an onboarding form and giving me access to your platforms. After that, there are three review checkpoints built into the process, one for the core content library, one for the email sequence, and one for the social content library. Each one is one round of feedback before that piece moves forward. Responses to questions in between are needed within a couple of business days, though there won’t be many. If things on your end slow down, the timeline simply extends to match.

What if life happens, illness, family, whatever, during the 3 months?

The timeline adjusts rather than the project falling apart. This is built into the agreement, and it’s also the whole philosophy behind what’s being built: a system that keeps working even when life gets in the way.

Will the content actually sound like me?

Yes, because most of what gets built comes directly from content you’ve already written or recorded. Before anything goes live, there are three review checkpoints where you read through the drafts and give feedback. By the time you reach the social content library review, it should be a quick read, since it’s built from content you’ve already approved.

What’s the refund policy?

No refunds, since payments reflect time and work already committed to your project. What is guaranteed is the deliverables: every piece listed on this page gets built and handed over.

How is this different from hiring a VA or doing it myself?

A VA needs direction on what to build and how. This is the strategy and the implementation together, built end to end by someone who’s spent 12+ years building exactly these pieces for course creators. Doing it yourself means spending months figuring out what to build before you can start building it.

What happens after the 3 months are over?

The deliverables are yours. The content library keeps pulling in traffic, the email sequence keeps running, the social calendar keeps posting. You’ll get a monthly automated reminder to check in on your results, so you always know what’s working and what to tweak.
