Welcome!
Yay, you're all booked in
I can’t wait to start working together. But before we get stuck into the fun stuff, here’s all the info you need about how I work. This page should answer all your questions, but if you have any more feel free to drop me a message.

What's included on this page?
On this page, you’ll find all the info you need for your project to run smoothly. Please read through this page, as well as the contract, and let me know if you have any questions or need me to clarify any details.
This page includes:
Project Management
Now you're booked in my schedule, we'll start using my project management tool, ClickUp.
A project management tool is a secure space online where we have conversations, share files, set reminders, and create to-do lists.
Whereas files often get lost when I'm managing projects through email, nothing gets lost or forgotten in ClickUp. It's the simplest way to keep your project organized and make sure it goes as smoothly as possible!
Don't worry - you won't need to pay for this tool and it's not hard to use. Click the play button below to watch a quick tutorial on how to use it!
What I need from you before your project starts
Onboarding Questionnaire
Since you're here, you should have already filled out the Onboarding Questionnaire. It helps me understand your goals and needs, and enables me to create something you'll love!
It also includes instructions on how to share the login details I will need for your project.
If you had your content ready to go, you may also have already uploaded everything in the Onboarding Questionnaire.
Upload your content
If you already uploaded everything in the Onboarding Questionnaire, you can skip this step.
I need you to upload your copy & photography to Google Drive or Dropbox and put the link in ClickUp at least 1 week before your project starts.
Communication
I love helping you with digital products, funnels and launches because I believe this creates businesses that keep working even when you rest (or play).
I keep my hours separate so I can focus on family when I am with them and work when I have my office hours.
I work Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 9 am to 5 pm Central European Time. You can check what that is in your timezone here.
During your project, we will primarily use ClickUp to communicate. This helps me keep everything organized and allows me to do the best job that I can. I do my best to reply to all communication regarding active projects within 24 hours (during my office hours). Please be sure to keep your communication concise and thorough. Be sure to gather all of your thoughts before hitting send.
Meetings
If need be, we can schedule a video call. Scheduling calls allows me to keep my work from being interrupted and my schedule intact.
You can schedule a meeting through one of these links:
If none of the available timeslots work for you, please contact me, and I can add a time slot that works for us both.
Appointments are possible outside of office hours and the default available timeslots, but only between these times:
CET (Central European Time, Amsterdam):
Between 10 am and 9 pm (meeting END time 9 pm at the latest)
Time Zone Converter
Giving Feedback
At different stages throughout the project, you will be asked to provide feedback on design concepts, colours, fonts, etc. Providing feedback can be hard, but it’s important to make it constructive to ensure the project can move forward smoothly.
I really appreciate simple and straightforward feedback. It helps me clearly understand your thoughts and make the right changes to your designs.
Keep your ideal client in mind
This project is of course very close to your heart but it’s important to always keep your target audience top of mind and not get caught up in personal preferences. Therefore, instead of sharing what you like/dislike personally, try to view it from your Ideal Client’s eyes and think about how would they react to the design. Remember, at the end of the day, this project is all about them!
Be as specific as possible
Vague or contradicting feedback can create confusion and set us back, therefore try to be as specific as possible when providing feedback. Focus on one element at a time and try to explain why you like/dislike something and provide a suggestion on how I could improve it. For example, instead of saying “I don’t like this colour”, try “I don’t think this colour will appeal to our audience because […]. Perhaps we could try a warmer colour?”
Ask questions & trust my expertise
My design process is very intentional and I always ensure that each element is built with purpose. So while I will do my best to walk you through my thought-process, don’t hesitate to ask questions if you’re unsure about something. This also helps show that you value my opinion and trust my expertise – at the end of the day, there’s a reason why you chose me as your Partner for this project, right?
Here are some tips on providing awesome feedback:
- Try and use bullet points to break up your feedback.
- Use headers to organize your feedback into sections.
- Read over your feedback to make sure it’s clear and check that you've answered any questions I may have asked.
- Post your feedback as a comment on the relevant ClickUp task instead of emailing me directly. Back and forth emails can get confusing but communicating in ClickUp is a breeze!
- If you have team members that would like to provide their feedback, I kindly ask that you gather the feedback into one message. This stops everyone from getting confused and keeps the project organized!
To help keep your project on track to finishing on time, please provide feedback on your designs within two business days of receiving them.
I really appreciate your effort to provide files and feedback on time! Timeliness from both of us will help us get your project done on (or even before!) the deadline so you can move on to the next exciting task on your to-do list and I can cheer you on.
Tools we'll use
ClickUp
ClickUp is the main tool we’ll use for your project. This is where we will keep track of all conversations, tasks and deadlines. You’ll be able to get a clear overview of your project at any time within the app.
Google Drive/dropbox
I use Google Drive/DropBox (whichever you prefer) to store all my project files. At the end of the project, I’ll send you a link to download your files and store them in a safe place as the link is only available for 30 days after project end.
Dubsado
Dubsado is my go-to client management system. This is your client portal, where you will find all your invoices, contract and questionnaires you fill out during the project.
Google Meet
We’ll use Google Meet for all our consultation calls. Google Meet is great because it allows us to see each other (almost like a real coffee date!) and I can share my screen to take you through presentations for easy live feedback.
Next steps
There are a few things you need to do so we can begin on time. Let me know if you need any help completing any of the tasks below.
Share your login details
Since you're here, you should have already filled out the Onboarding Questionnaire.
It also includes instructions on how to share the login details I will need for your project. If you haven't done so yet, I need you to set up account(s) for me and/or share your login details as outlined in the Onboarding Questionnaire.
Upload your content
If you already uploaded everything in the Onboarding Questionnaire, you can skip this step.
I need you to upload your copy & photography to Google Drive or Dropbox, and put the link in ClickUp at least 1 week before your project starts.
Thank you!
After you've completed everything on your checklist, we're all set to begin your project! Please feel free to schedule an optional call where you can ask any last-minute questions you may have.
I look forward to starting your project!
