Usually, you will receive your custom templates within 5 business days – but if there’s suddenly a larger amount of requests for this service, it may take more time. If that is the case, I will let you know.

I want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase! However, because the templates can be copied to your Canva account immediately, I'm unable to offer refunds. With that being said, if you aren't happy with the customized templates, let me know by replying to my email or use my contact form and I'll make any adjustments and work with you to make sure you're happy with the final result.
