Send me your course content files and platform access by the Friday before your delivery week. The deadline is firm, so book a week that gives you enough time to get everything together.

No. I set everything up, but the content is yours. That includes the welcome sequence: if you have one written, I’ll set it up. If you don’t have one yet, I’ll set up the automated delivery email so students can access their course immediately, and you can add a sequence later.

Most courses are set up and ready within the delivery week. The exact time depends on how much content you have and how many videos need captions. If anything looks like it might run longer, I’ll let you know.
The Course Tech Setup Sprint is for building your course from scratch on a platform. Course Migration is for moving an existing course from one platform to another: the structure and content are already there, it just needs to be rebuilt in a new home.
