Why I created this system
For a long time, most of my subscribers and sales came from one main source: SEO.
It worked… until it didn’t.
One day, my search rankings dropped and sales took a big hit. I learned firsthand how risky it is to rely on just one platform or strategy for your business growth.
I enjoy creating long-form content, that part comes easy to me, but social media? Not so much. I wanted to repurpose my content – but all the courses and workshops I followed about content creation & repurposing only talked about the ‘why’ and generic tips to repurpose long-form content into social media posts. They didn’t give me a strategy or system I could implement.
I still struggled with actually repurposing my content, staring at a blank screen, and wondering how best to turn my long-form content into social posts.
That’s when the lightbulb went off in my head – why not create a system that simplifies the content repurposing process?

What format is the workshop in?
This is a self-study workshop and you can watch the material at your own pace. I’ve provided transcripts, closed captions, and speed controls on my videos.
How automated is this system?
This system uses two automations:
- One for your content repurposing schedule
- One to automatically draft content like social media posts and an email newsletter based on long-form content you’re already creating.
This system helps you save time repurposing long-form content, but you will likely want to edit the generated content before you post it.
I have included a lesson on How to make ChatGPT sound like you, and with my setup I’ve been able to get drafts that are 90% there and require minimal edits.
What tech tools do I need for this?
You will need a content database, where you store your content and all the relevant information about it. I’ve included templates and tutorials for Airtable and Notion, but let me know if you’re already using something else and I’d be happy to add a tech tutorial for it!
You will also need automation software – I’ve included tutorials for Zapier, Pabbly Connect, and Make.
This system uses the OpenAI API (from the creators of ChatGPT). You will need an OpenAI account connected in Zapier, Pabbly Connect, or Make to use ChatGPT in the automation setup.
Is there any extra support to help me implement this workshop?
